To prevent abuse by multiple accounts, we’ve set a limit on the number of eco tasks that can be generated per hour — but under normal usage, you’ll never hit this limit.

Of course! You can view your subscription in the My Orders section of the console and cancel it at any time. However, if you cancel your subscription and then resubscribe, the new subscription will be charged at the current price. Please refer to Question 5 for details.

Yes, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Please note that refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and less than 10 generation tasks should have been created during this period.

No. If the Standard plan price increases to $30, your monthly subscription will still renew at the price you originally subscribed at. As the number of users grows, the price of the unlimited Standard plan will naturally increase over time — subscribing early allows you to lock in your current price permanently.
