Eligibility Conditions

• The request is submitted within 7 days of the first paid order for the purchase window
• During that period, counting from the first paid order on this website, fewer than 20 generation tasks have been created
• During that period, counting from the first paid order on this website, fewer than 20 create-task credits have been used
• The account has not shown clear abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or other policy violations

If either threshold reaches 20 or more, the purchase will normally be treated as substantially consumed, and a refund may be denied.

Subscriptions

For subscription products purchased on this site, you may cancel renewal at any time from your account or billing portal if that option is available for your payment method. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

If you believe a newly charged subscription order qualifies for a refund under the 7-day policy above, contact us and we will review it under the same usage criteria.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Purchases where create-task credit usage has reached 20 or more

Technical Issues

If you experienced a billing issue, a system error, missing credits, or a failed payment flow, please contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. In many cases, we can resolve the issue faster by restoring access, correcting credits, or reviewing the affected order directly.
